How do I set up an account?
You require a unique Access Code to set up an account, this can be found on your Training Instructions email, or by speaking with your employer. To set up an account, click on the hyperlink included in your Training Instructions email which will take you to the Module Manager website. You will be asked to provide your personal Access Code to then create your own password linked to your email.
Why is my email address being used?
Your email address has been registered with your employer which is being used to create your own training profile and will also be used to communicate any updates and notifications with you. If this information is not correct, please speak with your employer for more information on your account.
How do I change my registered email address?
Your employer will be able to assist you in changing your email address, please speak with your line manager who will be able to assist you further.
What happens if I can’t remember the password for my account?
You can choose to reset your password by selecting the ‘Forgotten My Password’ link. This will prompt our system to send you an email to reset the password.If you do not receive this email shortly, please check with your employer that your email is correct. Changes to emails on our system can take up to 24 hours depending on your employers chosen method of updating our system.
At all times, you will be able to log in using your Access Code instead. Your Access Code can be found on your Training Instructions.
If you cannot access the email address that your account is registered with, please contact your email provider directly for further support.
